The rooms are definitely low class. The location is pretty good. It's not great, but OK. They make you feel like you are right out on the ocean when its just an inlet. Private peer. OK. Really, I wouldn't ask for a refund. But I definitely won't be back. Read the room description and call the hotel before book8ng. That's a must if you are booking through a 3rd party. Room descriptions are completely wrong based on what the hotel actually offers. The staff is absolutely amazing, though. They made it worth staying, or I would have left for sure. Stuff was smiling polite. Went above and beyond. They don't rush you when breakfast is done at 10. If people are eating, they let customers be customers and finish then. Close. Thank you R

Stayed here for 1 night and had a positive experience. Staff members are friendly and helpful, and the location right by the water is nice. It was cloudy and rainy when I stayed here so I didn't get the chance to check out the pier, unfortunately. Free parking and complimentary breakfast was nice! Breakfast goes until 10a.m. on the weekends which is great, as many hotels stop serving breakfast much earlier than that. They had a good variety of pastries, cereals, yogurt, juices, coffee, hard-boiled eggs, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit (bananas looked very overripe though), and a pancake maker. The room was a good size with a mini fridge and a microwave, and the room was clean. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the interior of the hotel (lobby, breakfast area, and hallways) could use a facelift. I could tell everything was a bit dated.

If you like to fish, the hotel's very own Private dock comes complete with rod holders, chairs and mounted nighttime fishing lights. You'll see masses of snook and enormous Jack, although they're not so easy to catch.They offer a full, hot complimentary breakfast. Outstanding service.What an outstanding value!Assistant manager Maria makes this a hotel we keep going back to.

I only booked one night in this hotel, just because I read some of the reviews, and was skeptical. We live about an hour 1/2 away. What a great place for a nice getaway. Everyone was so pleasent. Excellent customer service. Yes the room we had had a little damage on the floor. But overall the room was clean and nicely put. The location is perfect. I really love this place. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future. I've already recommended this place to my friends and family ☺️.

Kinda didn't appreciate one of the male staff talking contentious politics with guests as we were trying to enjoy the relaxing waterfront spa.. If I wanted to listen to FOX news (or MSNBC) talking points, I would not be on vacation to relax.

Private beach not really. Breakfast included is a joke. Room okay but mattress was wornout. Not a 4+ rating from me. Overpriced and overstated. I had no issue with bed bugs but an exterminator did spray while I was there. I do not recommend this place and won't return.
